Fort Worth, Texas, March 21, 2006 – USHEALTH Group, Inc. today announced that its shareholders have elected J. Grover Thomas, Jr., and Patrick H. O’Neill to serve as members of its Board of Directors. Each has a diverse and extensive background, training and experience in the health insurance industry.

Mr. Thomas has more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, the last 30 years of which have been in a variety of executive and leadership positions. For the past 25 years Mr. Thomas has been deeply involved in the insurance industry. He is the Chairman of Trustmark Mutual Holding Company. He is also the Chairman of America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), the Chairman of the Medical Information Bureau Group, Inc. (MIB), and a Trustee of the Actuarial Foundation.

Mr. O’Neill, on the other hand, has 30 years of legal experience. He has been recognized in professional publications as one of the country’s preeminent lawyers and industry publications as an expert in insurance law. For the past nine years he has served USHEALTH Group as its Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. Mr. O’Neill also serves as a member of the Policy, Federal Government Relations, and State Government Relations Committees of America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP).
